The goal of this class is to help the student learn the “why’s” and “how’s” of procrastination, and then work through the self talk and road blocks to successful accomplishments. We will be exploring the warning signs to procrastination, examining how we actually spend our time, learning methods for battling counterproductive messages, overcoming roadblocks to action, engaging more of the brain and working in the flow state, and building resilience in the face of setbacks. It has been my personal experience that this program can help students to conquer procrastination and move to a more productive habits.
The course will be taught using 7 modules where written lectures on concepts will be presented. Weekly live lectures on this material will also be presented each Thursday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM( all live sessions will be recorded for downloading).
