We will read several stories from the series. Students who have spent at least 2 years studying French will enjoy the challenge of the stories of Nicolas. Students will expand their vocabulary, reinforce grammar concepts and develop good de-coding skills used for reading in French. Class meetings will focus on reading aloud and discussion. This is ideal for students who have completed French 2 & 3. The homework will include worksheets that help guide the student through the assigned reading, perhaps 1-2 hours per week.
Students will read assigned portions of the book and do worksheets designed by the teacher to help them understand the readings. Class time will be spent reading aloud and answering questions about the readings.
