SHIPPING COSTS
All orders outside the lower 48 states will be
charged actual shipping costs. You can anticipate your shipping costs to foreign destinations by visiting UPS or US Postal Service
online. We ship US Postal to foreign destinations unless otherwise requested by
the customer.

indicated otherwise by customer. You are responsible for all duties and taxes.

RETURNS:
We understand that it is hard to always get
the right thing when you're ordering via the Internet or mail. If a resource doesn't meet
your needs, then send it back in re-sellable condition within 30
days of
receipt. You must package returns properly (In a box with packing material, protect the
book's spine and corners) and include your invoice, plus a note of explanation.
Opened software and audio tapes are not returnable.
We refuse receipt of
returns beyond 30 days. Please review your order immediately upon receipt.
